  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per order.

5. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • MidMart does not store or process credit/debit card details.
  • In case of payment failure, the order may not be confirmed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and delivery estimates are provided on a best-effort basis. Delays may occur due to supplier issues, logistics partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
