Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please mention your Order ID and registered contact details.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

• Orders that have already been shipped
• Orders that are out for delivery
• Orders marked as non-cancellable on the product page

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, COD orders cannot be cancelled.

Dropshipping Disclaimer

As MidMart operates on a dropshipping model, order processing and shipping are handled by third-party suppliers. Once an order is forwarded to the supplier for fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible.
