Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products
• Items without original packaging
• Products marked as non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@midmart.in with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Note: As MidMart operates on a dropshipping model, return timelines may vary depending on the supplier.
